AKAGWU ALIYU SHITU(Engr.) is a native of kogi state from Ankpa Local Government area council. He was born in the mid-80s in northern part of Nigeria, Kaduna state to be precise. He had his primary and secondary education in Kaduna state before proceeding to The Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger state where he graduated with an outstanding grade in civil engineering. Combining work experience and education, while still pursuing a career in the real estate sector, he acquired a post graduate diploma in civil engineering and a Master’s degree in civil engineering (civil engineering construction materials option) both from the prestigious Ahmadu bello university, Zaria, Kaduna state.
He is a result driven civil engineer with over 10years of experience delivering building and infrastructure projects on time and within budget. Expertise spans site investigation, structural designs, construction supervision, and stake holder coordination for roads, bridges, water supply, and mixed-use developments. Proven ability to apply analytical thinking, advanced modelling ( e.g AUTOCAD Civil 3D, STAAD) and optimize designs to reduce rework and improve safety. Skilled in contract administration, cost estimation, and compliance with local codes and environmental regulations. Recognized for strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and clear communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Passionate about sustainable, resilient solutions that meet community needs and exceed performance standard.
He has previously worked with some real estate organizations in the country, Matovinco Concept Nig. Ltd. as site engineer from 2012 to 2014, Times Development & Infrastructures Ltd. as site engineer from 2014 t0 2017 while still taking part-time teaching jobs where he mentored and prepared young students for the university matriculation examination (UTME) before starting AKLASH GLOBAL CONCEPT LTD. in 2017. He has served as consultant to many real estate firms within the country, he is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Aklash Global Concept Ltd., a philanthropist, an entrepreneur, and a multi-talented young man with great sense of humor. He is a recipient of several awards in the real estate sector and a member of several professional bodies in Nigeria.
